EE Tools offers a universal device programmer and IC tester for PC USB 2.0 port (TopMaxII) and for PC parallel port (TopMaxI). Both support low-voltages, have a standard 48-pin textool ZIP socket, and a built-in AC power supply. TopMaxI supports over 12,000 universal devices and TopMaxII supports over 16,000 universal devices.
